Small Group Life coaching

Program: Series being offered; general life coaching, coaching for weight issues, injury/illness and women only series.

Dates & Times: June 21 - August 16, 2010. Monday’s at Noon or thursdays 6:30 pm.

Thursday’s at 6:45 pm from June 24 until August 19th or Saturday’s at 10:45 am from June 26 until August 21.

Location: GoodLife Fitness Clubs - St. Clair/Yonge, 12 St. Clair Ave., East. And Toronto St., Women’s Club, 210-36 Toronto St.

Details: The most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. The intimacy of a small group coaching experience will provide you with unconditional support, encouragement and safe place to explore and learn. Action steps will be given each week showing the participants immediate changes in their lives.

Fee: GoodLife members $640.00 for 8 week series ($80/wk), Toronto St. $800.00 for 8 week series ($100/wk) Non-members: St. Clair location $800.00 and Toronto St. $1,000.00.
